How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open the app, go to your profile, and tap "Restore Purchases". This will sync any active subscriptions with your account.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Profile > Delete Account within the app. This action is permanent and will remove all your data. If you need further assistance, email us at support@plannng.co.
